This notice describes what information Mawroth receives through this site, how it is handled, and the rights of every visitor who corresponds with the studio. Written plainly, in concert with the laws of the Kingdom and the Ministry of Commerce.
Who we are.
Mawroth (موروث) is a Saudi cultural-heritage holding company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The studio is headquartered in Jeddah and conducts its mandate in concert with the Kingdom's Vision 2030 cultural framework. Correspondence regarding privacy or data should be addressed to Mawroth@mawrothsa.com.
What we collect.
Mawroth receives only that information which visitors voluntarily submit through the studio's contact and petition form: the honoured name, residence, occasion of correspondence, and the written message itself. In addition, the site's server maintains a standard log of requests (IP address, user agent, and timestamp) for the limited purpose of security, abuse prevention, and infrastructure integrity. No further information is gathered.
How we use it.
Information received is used to respond to correspondence, evaluate partnership and press inquiries, and to comply with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce. Mawroth does not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise share visitor information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
Minimal, by design.
This site employs only those essential cookies required for the page to function. There is no third-party advertising tracking, no cross-site behavioural profiling, and no analytics vendor fingerprinting installed on these pages.
Held as long as the correspondence requires it.
Correspondence is retained for the duration required by the matter it concerns (a partnership inquiry, a press request, a scholarly exchange) and no longer. Visitors may request the deletion of their data at any time by writing to Mawroth@mawrothsa.com.
Access, correction, and deletion.
Every correspondent retains the right to request access to the information Mawroth holds about them, to request its correction, or to request its deletion. Such requests are addressed to Mawroth@mawrothsa.com and answered in writing.

This notice, and any matter arising from the use of this site, is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, applied in concert with the Vision 2030 framework and the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Culture.
When practice changes, so does this notice.
